INTRO

A reseal is the process where a probate or letters of administration was granted in a jurisdiction or country that is recognised and is required to be resealed in a different jurisdiction.

A Reseal is often required when Probate or letters of administration were granted overseas or in a different Australian jurisdiction and  Executors or administrators need local legal authority to access and manage those assets.
